When its time to change career fields, we have to have more
training and develop different skill sets. Myself, I have been in healthcare
for almost 40 years. To me those 12-hour shifts are not as appealing as they
once were. I decided that I wanted to make money from home so that I would have
time to spend with my family, travel, whatever I wanted to do for once. I
decided that I no longer wanted to work days, nights weekends, and
holidays. I decided that I no longer
wanted to miss my grandkids programs at school, ballgames and other events. I
did not want to have to ask permission to have the time available to go to
these events.
